    In addition to having extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Sarah Payne Thomson’s practice is concentrated in three principal areas: corporate, commercial real estate, and estates and trusts.

    On corporate matters, Sarah performs a full array of services for businesses and their owners throughout the businesses’ “life cycle.”

    In Sarah’s real estate practice she represents owners, developers, landlords and tenants in connection with their commercial transactions.
