Lynne O’Neal

Throughout her career, Lynne has represented clients in commercial litigation over a broad range of industries and issues, including theft of business opportunities, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and fraud and regularly defends construction defect claims.

In addition, Lynne regularly advises clients on a broad range of employment matters including best practices, policies and handbooks, employment agreements, and non-competition and non-solicitation issues. Lynne also assists clients in employee training and internal investigations and represents them in administrative and legal proceedings in the areas of employment law.
