Suzanne passed away unexpectedly on September 8th, 2021. Sorrow fills our hearts at this sad moment, a sorrow that is both deep and personal. She was a brilliant and accomplished lawyer, a polished and beautiful lady, and a dear friend to us all. Suzanne was also part of our LSP family for more than 20 years, and she will be missed.

Suzanne advises clients in planning their estates to accomplish their personal planning goals, while minimizing transfer tax liability. Her areas of practice include estate and gift tax planning, family succession plans, family limited partnerships and other planning vehicles, estate and trust administration, IRS estate and gift tax audits and litigation, state probate and trust litigation, trust modifications and terminations and prenuptial agreements. She regularly represents individuals in their individual planning, as well as individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the area of estate and trust administration. With 26 years of experience with the Estate Tax Division of the IRS, Ms. Paulson offers experience and insight with respect to audit and examination issues and controversies, preparation of estate and gift tax returns, valuations, legal issues and minimization of transfer taxes.
